The other item not commented on is the Epson event manager, again do I need this? I have an Epson XP-800 that is wi-fi connected and basically used for printing emails and spreadsheets. Thanks to everyone for your comments, seems the best idea is to get rid of the Trusteer from my computer, so for a not particularly competent computer enthusiast how do I get rid of this safely.

But you'd still have to download the latest version yourself and install it. According to IBM's site, the Mac version of Trusteer is already 64 bit, but only works in Firefox. It's not Apple's job or responsibility to update third party software for you. Should I just get rid of this item or look for an update, but then why hasn't it automatically updated to a 64 bit? You've worded this as you no longer use the bank which had you using Trusteer. One being Trusteer Rapport which is on my computer from an old bank I used. Is it actually listed as No? If so, then what you have installed is the 32 bit version. Scroll as necessary to find Trusteer Rapport. Click on the 64-Bit heading to sort by that column.īy default, all of the No's will be listed first. If not, expand the size of the app by dragging out the right edge of the app window.
